Pro Bono Consulting:
Participated with Dr. Mohamed Karim Sorour (associate professor of accounting & corporate governance – Newcastle Business School) and a team from Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company, to enhance corporate governance practiced in Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company, thought twofold consulting project.
- Frist: assess Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company conformity with Egyptian Corporate governance rules. (This stage finished in February 2017).
- Second: set a code of corporate governance for Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company, and then the company put an action plan to implement it, besides publish it on company website to inform all stakeholders. (This stage finished in December 2017).
